Founding Marketing Ops (Automation) Specialist

resourcinHub is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Ops (Automation) Specialist to spearhead our e-mail marketing strategy and drive growth through precise, data-driven campaigns. This role will focus on enhancing email automation, optimizing sequences, and maintaining a strong sender reputation across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM systems, IP management, and email service providers, and will work closely with Founder across Product Marketing, SEO, Content, and Sales to deliver integrated and impactful campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

– Email Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including the development of automated sequences and drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.

– Email Automation & Sequences: Design and implement automated email sequences that engage and convert leads, utilizing advanced CRM tools and platforms to segment and target audiences effectively.

– A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing across subject lines, content, and design to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

– IP Management & Deliverability: Oversee IP reputation management to ensure high deliverability rates across email providers like Google Suite, Outlook, and others, safeguarding our brand’s email reputation.

– CRM Integration & Management: Leverage CRM systems to track customer interactions and behaviours, enabling targeted email campaigns that align with customer journeys.

– SEO/SMM Integration: Collaborate with Founder on the SEO and Social Media to ensure email content aligns with broader digital marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility and engagement across all channels.

– Content & Web Management: Manage and optimize email content, ensuring consistency with website messaging and brand value proposition. Support web admin tasks, including security and content updates.

– Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mixpanel to track campaign performance and ICPs behaviour, providing insights to refine strategies and achieve business objectives.

– Cross-Channel Campaigns: Work with design, content, and advertising teams to create cohesive campaigns across Google and Meta ads, driving customer acquisition and retention.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
✓ Minimum of 3-5+ years in email marketing, with a strong focus on SaaS products and digital growth strategies.
✓ Proven expertise in email marketing platforms, email automation tools, and CRM systems like Warmly.ai, Instantly.ai, and Maildoso etc.
✓ Strong understanding of IP management, deliverability, and email providers (G-Suite, Outlook, etc.).
✓ Proficiency in A/B testing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar), and data-driven decision-making.
✓ Solid understanding of SEO principles and social media marketing, with experience integrating these into email marketing strategies.
✓ Experience in managing content across email, web, and social platforms, with an eye for consistency and brand alignment.
✓ Familiarity with website administration, including security best practices and content updates.
✓ Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads, with experience in integrating these channels into email marketing campaigns.
✓ Experience in managing and mentoring marketing teams, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional projects.
