What are your standard hours (GMT)?

– For US/Canada Based Clients, we operate from 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM (EST)
– For UK/Europe Based Client, our business hours are 10:00 AM till 07:00 PM (UK Time)

Do you offer free trial?

To ensure a transparent engagement, we offer an exclusive trial to see the value first-hand. Would you like to have one? If so, please email us on info@resourcinhub.com

Is there any long-term commitment involved?

There is no long-term commitment, and you can terminate your agreement with resourcinHub by giving us just a 7-day written notice. However, if you choose to go for a long-term commitment, we can offer you specialized pricing.

What does it mean to have a “dedicated (exclusive) team member”?

As part of our standard operational procedure, we assign a dedicated (exclusive) team member to each of our clients to maintain consistency, quality and transparency. WE DO NOT engage in interactions with our client’s competitors

What is your (SLA) Response Time?

10-15 min

What if the assigned member isn’t a good fit?

We guarantee the right fit. However if your assigned member isn’t working out, we’ll replace them instantly, #NoQuestionsAsked

Do I need to pay upfront (and why)?

Yes! To maintain quality and ensure a seamless onboarding process, we require an upfront payment after an NDA has been established.

How will I be charged?

We send out monthly invoices on 1st- 5th of every month.

Do I get a discount if I hire in bulk?

Yes, we’re offer straight 15% discounts not bulk discounts (10 and more).

CV Formatting

Why should my agency outsource CV formatting?
